All Body styles are similar to production models made and are not exact to any particular model car or truck. Each of the Go Karts are generic in nature. We are not licensed with any vehicle manufacturer except where designated. Any unauthorized charge backs will be accessed a fee of 50.00.
GKW and VQP cannot be responsible for clients not paying attention to the statements. We will gladly answer any questions regarding charges.

Shipping Information
• All items are shipped via freight companies.
• All items are packaged with secure packaging and boxed or crated.
• All items are insured for full value of product purchased.
• Delivery may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
• If there is ever any damage reported to the trucking company and you
  must have a signed receipt from the actual truck driver to verify any physical
  damage to have any type of claim.
• Go Kart Works will NOT be responsible for after the fact reporting of shipping
  damage to any item.
• Pricing of freight and crating to be determined by location
  $250 to $500 Range is the norm depending on conditions such as rural,
  business, residential etc. These are not small items.

Warranty
• 1 year Engine warranty on standard stock motors.
   Subaru Engine - 2 Year , Honda Engine - 1 Year
• 90 days for the Frame, brush bars, spindles, seat frame.
• 30 Days on any manufacturer defects.
• Warranty never includes driver error, misuse or failure to understand the
   operation of any mini car kart.
• Warranty is void: For improper assembly of parts included in the factory sealed carton. Improper maintenance or use, such as: Competition or racing, Concession or rental. This warranty does not apply to normal wear items, including but not limited to: the tires, centrifugal clutch, brake lining, throttle cable, chain, belts, seat, fasteners, or decals. See operator’s manual for the detailed warranty information. Color, graphics and/or specifications subject to change without notice. Vehicles not for race/rental track use.

Policy - Sales Information
All sales are final. These are custom orders and cannot be returned at anytime
Any warranty issues will be addressed on a per issue basis and handled direct to work with the buyer in a timely fashion.

• In the event of any part defect - all items will only be exchanged for like item/similar item - NO REFUNDS.

• Any special made part to be used on the karts cannot be exchanged for a lesser part unless okayed by GKW.

• A minimum of 25-30% restocking fee and buyer paid shipping may be offered in extreme conditions but must be okayed at GKW's discretion and after all other avenues have been explored to remedy any issues.

• Issues such as buyers remorse, buyer abuse of vehicle, buyers alteration of vehicle will not be accepted in any event.

• We will at our discretion help you sell a vehicle you no longer want if that is the case. Must contact us for details on this.

Brands, Trademarks and Licensing
GKW does not advocate the unauthorized use of trademarks and copyrights. All licensed items are to be considered the properties of the respective owners of the corresponding trademarks or copyrights. Use of these intended properties is authorized only by the owner of the said property and its Licensees. Trademark and copyright owners may also require permission for specific and limited use of Trademarks. Examples of this are enthusiasts, enthusiast groups, non-profit special interest groups, church or charitable organizations, and other “one-time only” uses. Although these parties may not need a full scale licensing relationship, express written permission is usually required by the particular owner of the said trademark. Any other usage may be unauthorized and considered an illegal trademark infringement.

• GKW is not a direct licensed manufacturer of any particular body style unless noted on that particular car. • GKW will not sell, rent, or lease any customers information at anytime.
• GKW will only use customer information for typical items such as product
   updates, newsletters, coupons or special sales offers to products we sell or
   offer on our partner websites
• GKW will never sell, rent or lease any payment information.
• GKW will never sell, rent or lease any address information.

Cancellation Policy
When you order, as these are all custom orders, there is a 25% cancellation fee after work has started and it must be cancelled within 72 hours, otherwise it will be the full amount.

No Exceptions because when we start work there is a lot of time involved. Call with any questions and please be sure of what you are ordering as these items take a lot of man hours.

Additional Information
All cars come 99% pre-assembled. Very minor assembly only, usually way less than a ½ hour with normal household tools. Please read and understand your owners manual, then get it out and show it off!
